Toolie® Garner is a Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, is SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified and a SCRUMstudy Certified Trainer. She's been leading scrum teams for over 10 years at companies in the Seattle, Washington area including Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, JP Morgan Chase, Starbucks (corporate), Disney, Expeditors, Providence Health, and more. 

Toolie has made over 350 technical presentations in person to audiences in 24 countries on 5 continents, and conducted over 150 live webinars presented remotely. She is a published author, speaker, and educator.

Toolie is a 20-year Professional Member of the National Speakers Association, Past President of NSA Northwest (Seattle), and Past Chairperson for the NSA Technology Lab. She has a Masters degree from California State University, and Bachelors degree in Education from Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL.
