Relationship to SCRUMstudy.com

• We are an Authorized Training Partner of SCRUMstudy.com.
• SCRUMstudy.com is the certifying body that grants your certifications on successful completion of the course exam.
• SCRUMstudy.com conducts the proctored exam on their website.
• You must schedule the exam date and time with them by logging into your account when you're ready. 
• SCRUMstudy.com requires that you take the certification exam for your course within 6 months after purchase, whether you attend a particular live-led class or not. 

Course Materials and Video Access

• We provide the live-led classes, but SCRUMstudy.com provides the downloadable PDF of the Scrum Book of Knowledge, the online self-paced video course, and the proctored exam on their website.
• You purchase the course from us, and we arrange access to the SCRUMstudy.com website for you. 
• Your purchase includes the online live-led class, but you can take the certification exam without attending the live-led class (though we do not recommend doing so).
• Upon purchasing a course, you'll be given access to the online video content within 24 hours. Granting access is a manual process, so please be patient. You will receive an email from SCRUMstudy.com directly with your access credentials. 

Class Requirements

• We schedule classes up to 4 months in advance to give you the greatest number of options for attending the online live-led course. 
• A minimum of 4 students are necessary for a class to be delivered. We encourage you to invite your colleagues to join you at the same course date and time to ensure the course is delivered on your preferred date and time. 
• If a class does not meet the minimum number of students (4), it will be canceled. The students may select another date and time of the same course within the 6-month period after purchase.

Scheduled Classes

• Scheduled classes have the dates and times posted on the Calendar. 
• Multi-day classes are listed in the Calendar, and registering once gives you access to all the course dates. 
• If circumstances change after you select your class date, you can move your attendance to another date within the first 4 months after your purchase date, but move it only once, so plan carefully.

Classes with Dates To Be Determined (TBD)

• If you select a course from the Courses with Dates TBD menu, you can pay for the course and choose to attend a Scheduled Course anytime within the first 4 months after payment.
• If circumstances change after you select a date to attend the live-led class, you can move your attendance to another date within that first 4 months, but move it only once, so plan carefully.
• You must take and pass the exam within 6 months of payment. You are allowed 3 attempts to pass the exam.

Course Prerequisites

Most of these courses do not have prerequisites, though taking them in a particular order makes it easier to follow the concepts and pass the exams.

Payments and Refunds

• Payment can be made through PayPal or Stripe (credit and debit cards).
• A group of 3 or more people can register at the same time and receive a 10% discount. One person must collect the names and email addresses, and pay for everyone in the group in one payment for the discount to apply. 
• There are no refunds offered once you're granted access to the SCRUMstudy website, which happens within the first 24 hours after purchase.

The Agile software development methodology succeeds when your team comes to a common understanding and vocabulary for getting the work done. Thoughtful companies will want to consider sending their software development staff to Scrum Certification training as a way to get their teams on the same page when it comes to implementing Agile/Scrum in their organizations.

Companies may want to also include the Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner/Manager, the Engineering manager, and any Project Managers who interact with your development staff. Project Stakeholders are also welcome. Having everyone hear the same training at the same time provides opportunities to come to an agreement on a working style that improves productivity.
